Lace Market Properties officially launched their latest development Picture Works and an introduction to the entire Southside Regeneration Masterplan at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground recently at an Investors evening held by gsm - The Residential Property Investors Group.
Investment Sales Director Tony Pinks who held a presentation at the event went on to say: With 128 apartments this dynamic and innovative building will be one of the most talked about regeneration projects in the Southside of the city.
The conceptual design of the building is inspired by a direct historical link to the sites previous use as a Picture Framing Factory. The idea of picture frames stacked on top of each other provides the buildings unique massing design.

Stan Swiderski, Director of gsm said: The new development received a significant amount of interest by those present on the night, and a number of reservations have already been made.
Barrie Truelove Chairman of Lace Market Properties added: This is an exciting time for the company going into the Southside to kick start the total redevelopment of the area. It will be nice to see the vision become reality in the foreseeable future.
