gsm was formed specifically for residential property investors who did not want to attend expensive seminars, but wanted to talk to people and make decisions based on independent facts with a full understanding of costs, benefits and, most importantly, risks.

The principals of gsm have been providing financial services to the general public for over 25 years each. For 10 years we have worked with major developers. Much of that time was spent in arranging personal finances for property purchases particularly specialising in the new build market and inner city redevelopment where we have worked closely with the country�s largest new home developers. The experiences gained during those years mean that gsm has an insight into developer�s cost structures and hence any available benefits.

By grouping together like-minded individuals gsm was formed and is able to consistently obtain improved arrangements by the simple application of bulk purchasing power.

Combining buying strength with local knowledge and an established good working relationship with the types of developers our members want to deal with, gsm enjoys four main types of property introductions:

		Off plan schemes where we offer part of a future development
		Off plan exclusive schemes where we offer the whole of a future development
		Existing developments being marketed consecutively with the developer
		�Bin ends� where we offer the balance of existing developments.

gsm was formed to act on behalf of its members and welcomes introductions from them to new members as well as new scheme negotiation requests. Our growth is intended to be organic and exclusive.
