Our membership fees, which are rebated against the finder's fees, are:

Membership and Renewal Fees 2005/2006

		Ordinary Members: �1,995 inc. vat (net fee rebated against finder's fees)
		Finders Fee 1.5% + vat payable at exchange of contracts
		No Mortgage broking fee charged for this category of member on properties purchased through the 'gsm'
		Referral fee of �395 payable per full member introduced
