Hayley Phillips

Student Relations Manager (Outreach)

We have the vision to encourage, enthuse and assist individuals in pursuing higher education.

I'm passionate about guiding and advising students on the application process, student life and choosing the right university and course. I am committed to supporting people into higher education and I firmly believe that holding a degree can unlock potential and opportunities for the individual.

 

Valissa Shay

Phone Advisor Team Leader

We thrive on being able to provide students with the highest standard of customer service.

As a phone advisor, I am the first point of call to all prospective students who call in for advice. I truly love and enjoy speaking with all students and assisting them on their journey at GSM London.

 

Kevin de Guzman

Team Leader Course Advisor

I support and guide students onto a degree that is a perfect fit for them.

I speak with people every day about their educational goals and career prospects, and I know that this is a service that larger universities do not offer - everyone I meet really values the assistance we provide them. I love meeting people at the beginning of their exciting journey.

Course Advisors Team Leader

It is so rewarding to help people and see them through their academic and professional improvement.

My role here at GSM London is to give people the best possible advice in regards to their chosen programme, their career and funding options to select a full-time or part-time degree that meets their needs.

My role is to ensure that the process from applicant to student runs as smoothly as possible.

I lead a team that ensures all applicants are equipped with the right skills in order to undertake the syllabus and guarantee a smooth transition along their course.
