associate membership information

Associate membership was launched as an alternative to Full membership for those not wanting to pay the upfront, albeit refundable, fees . This conferred the ability to participate in 'gsm' product at a cost of 2% + vat. This is not a face-to-face service and fees are chargeable for mortgage work done including loans on property acquired through 'gsm'.

Our Associate Member fees are as follows:

		No upfront joining fee
		2% of contract price + vat payable as a finders fee
		Finders fee payable 28 days after reservation
		Mortgage broking fees discounted by 50% via G S Management, our associate mortgage broker.
